Tim and his crew did an amazing job relocating a very large hot tub for me, from Star to Boise. He was very professional and knows his stuff.
The hot tub was used and had a couple of missing parts. He had the parts on his truck and was able to replace them on the spot.
I recommend Pro Spa to do any work you may need.

Tim has been AMAZING!!! We bought a house that came with a spa and when something didn't seem right with it, we called Tim. When he came over, he knew right away what was wrong and had the part to replace it and at a great cost. He was quick and efficient. Our hot tub later started to give us an error so I called him and he gave some tips over the phone to try. Those unfortunately didn't work but it was nice of him to give us the tips over the phone. He came back out and adjusted a sensor (when he could have replaced it and charged more) and now our hot tub is working like new and no more error code!!!! I cannot recommend him enough!

We were new to the area, bought a home with a hot tub, didn't have the foggiest how to use and care for it. Contacted Tim by phone, and he gave me some great advice and encouragement, and we made an appointment for him to come see the hot tub and give us an orientation and starter set of chemicals. Tim arrived promptly, was very friendly and quite knowledgeable about all aspects of our hot tub. He provided the information, supplies and moral support to allow us to quickly get our hot tub drained, cleaned, refilled, balanced and in use! Thanks, Tim!
