I went in to get my hair cut and colored and hide the grey. I left with my hair damaged and over toned so now the whole top of my head was grey! I paid $170 for this service with the tip and was told by the stylist and front desk that my best option would be go home and try to rinse it out with dawn dish soap. Also the stylist informed me that the over toning "was the least of her worries because the bleaching processes severely shocked" my hair and she was worried about it breaking. Sure enough this last month I've lost a lot of hair to the damage done that day. I have used no heat in it and have to baby it when I brush it because it's so brittle, and breaks and snaps off.
In the stylists defense she was new and was trying really hard but s&b needs to provide the training and backup to guarantee safe treatments. I daily regret getting my hair done there.

Stylists are highly professional as well as hilarious. Julia and Elisa offer amazing men's haircut. Will not go anywhere else as long as they are in business.

My friend and I went in for a Classic pedicure last week, this service is $40. Our nail techs were friendly and professional, however, at one point we were asked if we had scheduled the classic pedicure to which we said yes. The tech then asked if we wanted the oil treatment or the cooling gel. At no point did she tell us this was an extra $10 charge. When we went to pay for our pedicures, we were told that since we had upgraded, the cost was $50. We tried to explain our confusion, but the clerk dismissed us without offering any clarification. She was extremely rude and dismissive. I will not return to SB Salon.

This Salon is very expensive. I understand that since the location is in a prime location. We went in for the classical pedicure. They then asked us if we wanted oil or a cold treatment and we chose the oil. When we went to check out we were charged extra. There was no understanding that the oil was not part of the classical treatment. The cashier was quite unprofessional about letting us know that. Instead of apologizing about the misunderstanding she charged us the extra even after paying the original with a credit card. Obviously we were not pleased and then she proceeded to ask us if we would like to book again. I think not. There are plenty of other salons that we can give our money to. The girls that gave us our pedicures were very nice but they need to explain the up charge for future clients.

Worst pedicure experience ever... I went here because I was impressed by the shiny new salon. Waited a while for my appointment, even though there was no one else in the salon. The chairs were nice, but that's where it ended. Tech reeked of smoke. She didn't know how to work the pedicure sink. So first it was freezing and then she ended up spraying water all over me. Finally got on with the pedicure. Mediocre polish job to say the least. Feet not soft. Definitely didn't leave relaxed. I would not recommend.
