We just got a puppy and they've been extremely caring towards our new family member. Allowing us to come in any time to get her used to new places and meeting new animals and people. Decent prices for treatment and very knowledgeable employees. They recommended us to use Precision K-9 for training and she's gaining a lot of confidence and learning quickly!

I won't take my pets anywhere else. The staff is great and professional. Just be careful not to show up during lunchtime​, the doors are locked. 🤔

The nurse was super sweet and attentive - the Dr was not very professional. They gave us a quote for services and we signed to that - when we picked up our dog they added $50+ because they cleaned out yeast from his ears. They didn't ask us beforehand or call or anything - we were never told he had yeast in his ears or that it would be an extra charge. It was not on the estimate either. We would have liked at least a call before they decided to do something that expensive without permission. How they handled it was not very professional at all. Oh, they also had our black male dog as a brown female on the paperwork when we picked him up - we specified his color and gender in the papers we filled out less than three hours before.

Also, when we simply asked if they had a payment plan we could do we were told "This isn't a bank, sir." We never assumed or demanded a payment option, we simply asked since we haven't been to this vet before. We most likely will not be going to this vet again, despite the sweet vet assistant who acted very professionally.
