This was one of the best meals I have ever had in my life. My wife and I have spent a fair bit of time in India, and really miss the food when we come back.
Not only was this some of the best Indian food I have had in the US, it was some of the best food of ANY category I have ever had anywhere.

The Dhaba is a story within itself, the restaurant has become a staple in the Tempe area for its fresh ingredients and robust flavors! The owner Raveen, went above and beyond to assure that our participating guests got the full experience of what The Dhaba had to offer. The food was impeccable and was paired with stories of what the restaurant stood for morally; paired with the stories are the beautiful works of art on the ground and side of the building. Everyone enjoyed the visual and culinary experience, it was general consensus that they will be back to visit!
Thank you again for such an AMAZING experience!

Below average in all categories. Food was below mediocre for a popular restaurant like this one, and at the price. I went there based on the Google ratings and a prior experience was slightly better than this time around. In summary, food was not tasty, chicken tikka was just covered in red color, no flavor. Service was just ok. Over priced too in my opinion and not that it has any great ambiance either. Not going there again.

Went here with my nephew & it's one of his favorite places for Indian. He did All the ordering. We got 8 dishes for the table & EVERY dish was exquisite & delicious. Restaurant is family run with owners staying on top of service. Fun Indian antiques on display. There is an adjacent store for Indian spices & other food stuffs
