Rude staff and when i recived the car the tire pressure light was on and they dident want to fix it . Worst place ever. Took 2 hours to get the car i had reserved.

Horrible customer service. Every employee tells you a different story. Lack of information regarding insurance. Poor interior cleaning on cars.

This place is the worst. Overcharge on quoted price. Terrible customer service. Not cooperative with community business. We see 100 to 150 customers per day and we'll tell them all NEVER USE AVIS.

The transaction was very smooth, however both employees that were there are lacking the necessary customer service skills that are required to perform the positions they are in. I will chose another place next time.

If you are looking for a reasonable priced rental car from a reputable company, I would highly recommend using this Avis facility. I did a very thorough job comparing as many car rental companies and sites, including bidding on Priceline, and this came out way ahead with respect to pricing. This location could use some "sprucing up" but who cares. I'm there for the deal and the car! Great customer service, too!
