This place is horrible. Customer service horrible. Customer experience horrible. Just a plan and simple joke. Not sure where these ratings come from, but a bunch of lies. My 80 year old dad has been waiting over 4 months for his replacement dentures. Insurance approved 100%, but they still need cash or payment plan. They have taken money and now say they lost the teeth. My next step is social media to vent, then I will contact places that will investigate and shut this scam.

This office is by far the most heartless facility I've ever encountered. They literally do not care about pain and suffering only $$$$. They don't take time to fill out paperwork correctly to insurance and back out of their obligations. They will not only be reported to Arizona board of dental examiners but we will also be filing a lawsuit. Once a promise to treat is made and a relationship formed they are obligated to follow through. They failed miserably. Do not fall for the paid reviewers good marks. Take your money elsewhere.

They don't even deserve half a star. I made an appointment for today at 2 o'clock which was made two or three weeks ago. Never once they called me to say that their location was under construction since the beginning of September. So I died sweating and carrying a heavy bag under the sun to be told by a super nice construction worker that the place was completely closed since a few WEEKS ago. This is unacceptable.

This is by far the worst dental place. They don't care about the patient or services only about their payments. They double dip the insurance company. I can't wait for my daughter to finish her services and be done. I would not recommend them to anyone!

all one unit genuinely invested with your concern questions and if there are options or what does your very personal needs , how can they be impartially assisted?
Had no idea that from the 1st person you check in with to be seen at time of appointment to dental assistants to Dentist then payment options (@)_(@) Galore!!!!! Gallery of options to billing .
Their sincere interest that you understand all the dental terminology, of your personal case. Everything in this office was like learning from your parents how to drive your 1st car with your dad in the passenger seat.
So if you really desire more than just some dentist to yank your bad demise don't look here. This Dentist wants more than just take something from you, he wants to give you more to smile about with most of your teeth
The Prices are so individualized and completely conducive to work with the other family needs of your personal family.
You really made me Seat tears of joy inside behind my eyes that only my boyfriend could see, and how God really answers our prayers.
