I am on the 3rd floor. I called my nurse and she did not show up. This is going on for 30 mins. I needed to pee but could not get up out of bed by myself.
I was also hooked up to oxygen, heart monitor, blood pressure cuff and finger cuff. I figured if i took a lead off someone would notice and help me. Nope. 20ish more minutes went on now my call light beeping and my heart monitor beeping. After an hour I unhooked myself and went to the bath room. After I returned to my bed a nurse came in and asked"do you need help?" I said not anymore.

Literally the worst hospital. they have no concern for patient privacy or if the patient has a pleasant experience. I understand it’s an er and nobody is happy to be there but after spending 10 hours there and accomplishing nothing I will not be returning.

I was in more pain there than I was before going in because they wouldn't listen to me about not putting my IV in my left arm that I was having severe pains in and it had just gotten its color back from being purple and super cold the hour before. I was in for chest pains and the doctor later informs me at the end of my time there that the nerves on my left intersect with the nerves in my chest so all the massive pain my arm was in from the IV (that was sending my heart rate through the roof everytime my arm accidentally shifted) was going straight to my chest and all my chest pains were causing more pain in my arm. I was there for 5-6 hours with an IV almost the entire time. It was not a good experience at all. There were also some serious HIPPA violations going on in my room and on top of that they made my heart rate go from a resting 80 at one point when I'd finally gotten comfortable at around midnight to 119 in three seconds flat and it kept spiking between 90 and 119/120 for the next 10 minutes. This was an hour and a half before my release telling me I owed them almost $1000 in medical expenses. This is before we even got my results back and mind you I was in for chest pains and they want me to go see a heart specialist.

I went to the emergency room last night and I was placed in the hall because it was busy. I have to say that this was the best emergency room I've ever been to. It was extremely busy but my nurse Bridget in the blue hall was so amazing! She was sweet and is excellent at her job. By far the best ER nurse I've ever met. She actually does her job well and cares about your well being. My doctor on duty was Samuel Johnson. He was super sweet and funny. He saw that I was anxious and worried and he kept me laughing.
I do say, the workers at the check in need to be more friendly! Over all an amazing emergency room.

Great experience! The staff was caring and thorough! Very attentive and patient (no pun intended). The nurse Krista took amazing care of my wife! Dr. Johnson was very informative and straight to the point. Definitely recommend here over Honor Health.
