I made an appointment and arrived on time. They were very prompt on getting me into examination room. After I was in the room, I ended up waiting well over an hour while staff was outside the room laughing, joking and being very loud. I then decided to see if they had overlooked me. They said we will get to you very abruptly and rude. I then went back into the examination room and waited another 20 minutes. So at this point I have been there for a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes without being seen. I then asked them to please open the front doors I'm leaving. They said you were next very rude and abrasive. I said at this point that I had kids waiting and you don't value my time. I will never go back here again.

Never ever make an appointment. They give priority to walk ins regardless. I tell you this from experience. I have set up over 5 appointments in the past and I wait over 1 hour to be seen. But when I go as a walk in (3 times so far) I dont even wait more than 10 minutes. Once I am in regardless of appointment or not I literally wait 45 minuets to be seen by the doctor.

Idk about other locations but this location has the worst service & foul mood employees & doctors I have ever experienced in my life. Appointment or walk-in you can count on being there for at least 2 hours minimum.
The assisting staff changes/rotates regularly so there's no consistency and they seem to be getting ruder and more unprofessional with every rotation. Not to mention LAZY, and UNWILLING. Unfortunately that goes The same for some of The MD's that work there. It's amazingly disappointing how the Doctor's are over booked/worked, to the point where they have lost track of how a DR is supposed to treat his/her patient's. They make you assign them as a PCP, which for me means you know my history, issues etc after some time of being a patient. When a person comes in with the same issue(s) repeatedly, you'd think they'd take a different approach, maybe refer you to specialist etc. NOT THERE!! Nope they IGNORE the situation.
Better Pray you dont need any kind of medications, especially maintence medications. You know the kind people take to stay alive every day. FORGET about getting refills, not gonna happen unless u make an appointment every 2 months & God forbid you have a job, other responsibilities, makes that hard sometimes. Means you regularly run out of your medications. I your like me, that's never a good thing.
Overall this place is not recommended. I wouldn't take my dog there.

1 star only because 0 or .5 isn't possible.. sat here for two and a half hours.with an appointment... whatever was ailing me virtually healed itself just waiting.. worst waste of time.. would not recommend to anyone..unless I needed to get rid of them for half a day..

If you plan on walking in, walk back out. I was just at this location for almost 3 hours and all that was done was my vitals. They kept saying "she's a walk in" whenever I would mention that I had to be concerned with the time. SO, walk ins are BARELY WELCOME. I told the staff I was leaving due to the long wait time, and they said "ok". So as long as they have your co-pay, they don't care. I will NOT be returning, as this is my 3rd time here with similar treatment. I only went here for convenience. I will now go further to pay more, and I will make sure to tell everyone I come into contact with to NOT expect quality treatment or service at this location. Dr. Irene, you don't have to worry about this walk in EVER AGAIN.
