I first found Kayla Shelley on Zoc Doc for my husband.. Since then I have transfered my whole family to her care. The office staff is extremely organized and knowledgeable. We are always greeted warmly whether on the phone or in the office. Kayla is caring and compassionate. Listens carefully and works very hard to work to find solutions. She never talks down to me. They are never overbooked. Having the lab on site is extremely convenient. Great location.

Been going here for 13 months now and Primacare is by far, the best place I’ve been to for both my pcp and pain contract. Kayla and the staff truly care about each patient, and each need that patient has. Since I’ve been a patient they’ve gotten more taken care of in 13 months than what other previous doctors I’ve fired in 6 years have failed to do or even address. Most definitely go to Primacare for any kind of help, cause they’ll help you out.

Everyone at Prima care is very sweet and helpful! Both my roommate and I started going here since we are out of state students and needed a good reliable doctor after going to many medi merges. Every time I am seen very quickly and am always able to get an appointment !

After listening to many of my own patients speak about Dr Kayla Shelley with such glowing attributes, I decided it was time for me to make the switch too. I went in last week for my initial visit and now I know why everyone else raves about her!! Definitely glad I made the switch and I am really going to tell others about her too.

Dr. Kayla Shelly is one of the most kindest caring Dr. We've ever worked with. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and works with me to find the best remedy for my ailment. Great service all around and friendly staff.
