Dealing with this company was beyond disappointing. Their rep Sue (you know which one) is a liability more than an asset. They way she represents her company will drive it into the ground. She was beyond biased, rude, loud, she interrupts constantly as a control factor and never tried to bring resolution to the issue at hand.

Incredibly hostile and rude staff... namely Sue Finney. If you own a company, do not use this insurance company... they do not open emails for days, they do not return phone calls, they do not look at evidence regarding claims, and I've not encountered someone as crass, rude, awful, mean, and downright disrespectful, dishonest, unethical as Sue Finney in many years of owning many businesses and many properties. There's a special place for her in this world... again, I cannot believe the outright lies told by her... just amazing the degree someone will go to act so terribly to other human beings... wow, just wow... never ever ever use this company.

Worst customer service on the planet. If you meet with Dee, just freaking run. She is one of the most sour and angry people I've ever had the displeasure of working with. She'll bs her way around everything. Very shady person
