Terravita Insurance

Worst insurance agent ever. Not only did they treat me like garbage when I left, I feel like they ripped me off while I was with them. Sophia was my insurance agent for the last three years when she allowed my auto insurance (Safeco) to lapse in June. I found I was driving without coverage for a month when I received a notice from my lien holder. Sophia was extremely rude and argumentative when she discovered I was dropping her. Two months after canceling all of my policies with Terravita I was billed over $1000 for the policy they let lapse. Dealing with Safeco is a nightmare. Its nearly impossible to speak to an actual person, and they just give you the run around. I switched to Farmers. My policy went down $400 even with the addition of my wife's car. My new agent is even dealing with Safeco to get my $1000 back. Terravita doesn't even deserve one star.

They are Awesome!! They provided a simple review and made recommendations to improved my coverages @ a lower cost..
