Acro-yoga classes, handstand classes, flexibility..its all good!

I took a handstand class for my first class ever. I had so much fun I bought a 10 class pass!!

Excellent! I was traveling on business. I went to 3 classes, all of which were excellent. Very well organized, methodically broken down into steps, challenging, and fun. All the instructors were very helpful, supportive, and energetic :-)
