Desert Schools - Branch

I have been with desert schools since 2010 and I've been reading the reviews and some have said they have been with them longer, but still give them 1 star. Why put one star for the one incident that occurred after such a long time? They were a faithful customer for a reason, but seemed to have forgotten all of that. ATM stole my money of 400$, they gave it back and trusted my word. Always nice, professional, and trust worthy.

Lied to by our banker regarding a credit card balance transfer, juts wanted to sell us credit cards we cant use.

I dealt with this bank for less than 24 hours and they were extremely rude and incompetent. I than closed my account immediately.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been banking with Desert Schools since 2001 but pretty much always at the Greenfield and Southern branch (which is great!). I have stopped by this branch twice because I was in the area, and I regretted it both times, the tellers here are absolute jerks and could give a rat's ass about their customers. If you like Desert Schools that's fine there are many great branches.... Just not this one!!

Is discretion and professionalism important to you? Then you probably want to bank somewhere else. When making my deposit through the drive-through this week, the teller shouted out how much it was for, letting everyone in EVERY car around me know. I guarantee that wouldn't have happened if it were inside the branch. Not sure how these people are trained, but obviously they are not trained well enough, or not grown up enough to show decorum. Been with DSFU since September and had a litany of problems (wrong data entered into my account, debit card not working, etc.) Now I have to worry about unprofessional tellers shouting out confidential information about their members.
