Not very impressed at all. The premise is good, but the food is very average.
Went there around noon-ish with hubby and Mom. We each ordered a sandwich. Nothing special at all about the sandwiches. My panini was very small. Their sandwiches came on rolls. The cold cuts were thick but tasted like you got them at the grocery deli section. Nothing special. I was contemplating soup and tasted their mushroom soup and lobster bisque. Both were watery and tasteless. The lobster bisque had a little spice kick to it which I didn't care for so I passed on the soup. The place was VERY noisy and we couldn't hear the people behind the counter. Also, the menus have very tiny print so if you're elderly or have vision problems good luck. The only nice thing was that each sandwich came with a little chocolate dipped strawberry, which was a nice touch. We were actually all still hungry after lunch so we ordered a piece of chocolate mousse cake which looked delicious. Mom & I split it and we're big chocolate fanatics. This cake had absolutely no taste to it whatsoever. None. Not sweet, not anything. Just simply no taste. We both agreed on that. I don't think we'll be back. It's a great premise but the food is average to below average in taste.

Its unfortunate that this particular location has started hiring staff that don't care about their job. The whole place suffers when you do that, including the quality of the food, which is why I can't justify the price anymore. Bummer this was one of my favorite places, luckily there are other locations in the valley who still care about customers.

This Place used to be great before. now it's a bunch of young careless workers who just laugh and joke all day and mess up people's orders.
all I asked for was no tomato, how hard is that!!! she yells NO TOMATO.. guess what? extra tomato.
the wife says please extra dressing, which were willing to pay for and again guess what?? NO dressing.
then you only get a sandwich and they charge you for a bunch of other stuff even though the cashier asks me is that with soup and I say NO just the sandwich, and of course I should've expected I will be charged for it.
I love the chain and love the food. and I'm glad they have other locations because this one just lost a family of customers.

The brownies and chocolate cake are freaking amazing. Do not normally go to made-to-order places for lunch so I do not know how long a normal wait is but had to wait about 20 minutes just in line around 12:30. I know that it was lunch rush but it did suck having to wait for so long. Food is fresh though. Kinda pricey considering just a slice of cake is like 4.50 and a sandwich is like 5 bucks but overall it was a good experience and worth it.

Enjoyed my supper of Thai summer sandwich and a bowl of cauliflower soup. Very delicious, healthy and satisfying. And of course you get a free strawberry dipped in chocolate for dessert. Oh, don't forget your drinks, ice cold lemonade. Not too sweet, not to tart, just right. A perfect supper.
