Got my order wrong 2 separate occasions. One time I didn't bother to get it fixed but that happened again so I asked for a fix. The guy was very nice about it and apologized. Coffee used to taste good But lately lacks flavor so I won't be coming back.

This was the worst service I had ever received. The lady (which I believe was the manager) was so unbelievably rude when I went through the drive through. As I was ordering 2 dozen doughnuts I wanted them to be simple(not the variety) just a couple a glazed and chocolate frosted. But as I was saying this she rudely cut me off and said I'll see you at the window with your total. When I got the window she just walked by and said we will be with you when we are done!
I couldn't believe this! I will never go back to this location!

Been comming here since they opened years ago, the coffee is usually good, sometimes the put to much or too little flavor or sugar in, that part is pretty inconsistent. Staff is the same, inconsistent, sometimes it's great, friendly, other times it's like you are bothering them by showing up to order. The other two DD nearby don't seem to have this kind of experience. Over all, its good, but could be better if they want to be in the Starbucks level of service class.

Went in a few days before Thanksgiving 2016. The young man working behind the counter was AWESOME! I had my 8 year old grand daughter with me and she was decked out head to toe in Christmas sparkle. He complimented her on her attire and remained more patient than me as she hemmed and hawed about what she wanted to order. Wish I had written the review at the time because I do not recall his name now but he made our day!
