The food options were interesting, however they completely forgot to write down some of our orders which resulted in an apology and an extended stay. It took anywhere from 10-20 minutes between drink orders for them to come. The server rarely checked on us. I'm sure the experience can be chopped up to a horrible server, but that was our experience.

Food was good but service was incredibly slow. We were there for lunch on a Sunday and it was pretty empty, so it wasn't due to them being busy.

Great food! Service can be hit or miss at times. Does get a bit crowded at popular tines of the day.

We've been here so many times, but I think this last visit was our last. The wait for your did to come takes far too long, even if they're aren't slammed. The customer service the last few times has been deplorable and there is little to no effort made by management to apologize and/or make things right. One of the people in my party never got his food, and they brought it out in a go-to box with the check.
Great food, horrific customer service = won't believe coming back.

Place is hit-and-miss. I've been here before and it has been an hour wait just to eat. At times it has been so bad that we've had to walk out after an hour and a half of waiting. But we keep coming back because the food is great. The chicken burrito is yummy and the chips and the three unlimited dips awesome and amazing.
