I have been here many times. I was in last night to get a sandwich and told the staff member to make it Mikes Way but go light. He ignored my request and put it on HEAVY. So I didn't take the sandwich and walked out. It will be awhile before I go back to this store. They really need to make sure the staff pays attention to the customer.

We ate at Jersey Mike's for the first time in Huntington Beach, it was beyond fantastic. Everything gets 10 stars. We have discovered a real sub shop. You guys have it going on. We need one in far East mesa, please!
