Love the food, it's delicious and pretty healthy. Dislike the service - it seems like every time I call in to order, the person on the phone either has an attitude or just doesn't comprehend how to provide good customer service, and they get the order wrong half the time (ie: I ask to add avocado to my order, I get charged for it, but don't get the avocados). When I call to let them know, I get nothing but attitude.

I've only been to Nourish twice since it opened up at SCNM and both times it was disappointing. My second time was the most horrifying experience of my life. I ordered a Grass-fed burger that took 30 minutes to get prepared because their system was down. But that wasn't the only part that was bad. When I opened my box ready to eat the burger right underneath my bun were TWO BABY SPIDERS!! When I took it back to them I was told that they weren't spiders but were nats. I am pretty sure whatever was in my box had 8 legs. Regardless of the type of bug in my food, THERE WERE BUGS IN MY FOOD. I was given the excuse that since they use local produce the bugs can sometimes sneak in. One of the employees was nothing but rude to me where she threw the owners business card on the counter and told me that "Listen, we are really busy here so if you want to complain about this you can go and call the owner". The manager working there had the same excuse as one of the other employees, that since they use local produce sometimes the bugs can get in there. SO BEWARE ALL NOURISH CUSTOMERS, ACCORDING TO NOURISH USING LOCAL PRODUCE = IT IS OK TO FEED CUSTOMERS BUGS. I would never go back to that place again where no one understood the seriousness of having bugs in the food.

I wanted to like this restaurant so badly...there are very few paleo options for dining out. Unfortunately, I won't be back. We ordered the grass-fed burger and it was the worst burger I have ever tasted anywhere. It tasted like it has freezer burn, they microwaved it, then flat grilled it within an inch of its life. We asked for medium rare, but it was a hockey puck. We added bacon and the bacon was overcooked and inedible - and it is really hard to dissuade me from eating bacon. The bean side dish was bland and tasteless. The carrot pesto side dish was bland and tasteless. The roasted chicken with raspberry jalapeno glaze was quite nice. We also got a salad with candied walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette that was nice. Overall, it just wasn't worth the money.

It is so wonderful to have a restaurant that caters to any dietary restriction and has great tasting food. Everything is fresh and healthy and the service is always great! Location is wonderful for a day out for tasty meal and shopping!

Portions were great and they have lots of raw vegan options. The only thing I didn't like was how oily their veggie pasta was. Everything was very flavorful, maybe a little overpowering though. Had their veggie burger, which was my favorite dish. Had the zucchini roltini and lasagna, which was so spicy (probably from the raw garlic) and I didn't like that. Also had the zucchini pasta, which was nice because it was so plain. Also had the mango salad and the asian salad which were okay. Great value for the price and lots of options for all kind of eaters!
