-Items not priced correctly/ Items not in stock/ Lack of ingredients-
Tried to order the Bacon Egg & Cheese Bagel , was told they were out of eggs till Tuesday.... its Saturday today. So then I ordered (pointed to the item on the menu that is laid out on the counter) The Breakfast Acai Bowl $4.99. Then was told the total was $7.01 (with tax) and was asked what kind of bowl I wanted. I figured it was past breakfast (1pm) so I let it go. It took a while to get my order which was ok cause there was only 1 person working and she was making a order for the people that had come before me. I have had many Acai Bowls in my time... this one was stupid... it was soooooo watery. The level of anger I feel is crazy. Frozen fruit should be the main ingredient not ICE.

Went here yesterday for my first time at the mess location very disappointed 1 girl working in the afternoon around 2 and I waited there over 15 min standing at the counter she was making a 2 drinks then took some online orders and a few people came in after me one left and then finally when it was my turn she stood there and asked who's next then looked at me and said the guy that came in after me was next and helped him that was so rude and clearly she's not paying attention to the fact that I was standing at the counter the whole time didn't greet me when I came in it aknoweledge that I was there not a great first impression I'll continue to give my business to Tempe planet smoothie and I of course left with no drinks smh!!!!

Worker was friendly..
Fairly Clean bathroom...
Cant make specialty sandwiches...with out meat for vegetarians and didnt have whole wheat bread and other items.

I love planet smoothie all their smoothies and food are amazing and the staff is always awesome. Once I came in at 7:45 ambecause online it says there open even though technically they don't open until 8am and the lady that was there was so awesome by letting me know and still making my smoothie. She was great. If you are looking for a great smoothie place then planet smoothie is the place to be.

We ordered 2 Chocolate Elvis shakes and one of them had 4-5 sharp pieces of hard plastic... some were 1/2 inch long. Not sure if there were pieces of the actual blender falling apart, or a plastic spoon or something. We called wanting to talk to the manager, or franchise owner and Yesi said she could not give us any contact info. She was not even able to provide us with the manager's name. truly disappointed.
