Very long wait, the guy putting together my chicken wrap couldn't make a wrap to save his life. When I got home and open them they had completely fallen apart and they didn't even get my order right I ordered spicy and they gave me regular. Tasted ok

The window server failed to take the full order and get the right sides, forgot the drink at first and despite ordering no ice, it was full of ice. They also had no spoon for the mashed potatoes. And the food was gross. There is something wrong with this particular Popeyes.

This is, by far, the worst fast food location in this area. The employees are slow, and unpleasant, they are always out of everything, and I have yet to go there and have them get my order correct (I don't order anything out of the ordinary at all)! How does a chicken place not have chicken ready to go?! It's usually pretty dirty, and the only way I got them to clean up one time was to start taking pictures of the mess (to send to corporate... not that they care either). It's a really sad situation because it's good chicken, but the whole thing is absolutely RUINED by the worst staff EVER! You are horrible! Clean your restaurant, get an order right, be prepared to serve food (you are a fast food establishment, I don't think that's asking much), and maybe smile every once in a while.

AWESOME!!! SO GOOD!!! GREAT SERVICE!!!
They really take care of you here, and even let me stay and eat after they closed... without whining and griping about it like most places do.
This place was a pleasant surprise in every category... I will definitely be back, and regularly!!

We were there about 11:15 am and waited about 5 minutes to be waited on. There was no one ahead of us... they were just serving the drive thru and ignoring us. I ordered a 5 piece spicy chicken strip combo and had to wait for the chicken to be cooked... no problem, it would be fresh. Got my order and it was only a 3 piece combo. I checked my receipt and that is what she charged me for so I didn't say anything. Last straw... it wasn't the spicy chicken... just the regular. Won't go back there... the service is terrible.
