Great service Emily is the BEST!! Drinks okay apps good selection and price, but for sure will return for the best customer service with Emily.

I visit the woodshed 2 on Saturday nights for karaoke. It is fun and the staff always seems to be enjoying themselves and gets along with all their tables. It is usually the same staff every week. They have great food and great drinks. The bartender is very kbowledgable along with the waitresses well all but one. I am normally taken care of by a young lady with blonde hair and a partially shaved head. She is amazing. No matter how busy she is she does her best to check in and always lets me know what's going on. Very professional and friendly! She is a large reason why I return every week. However yesterday when I went in the other server working came to take my drink order I politely asked if the other server was there and she snapped at me "yea but I'm taking your order do if you want something I'm the dealing with this table" I suddenly felt unwanted and not comfortable like the other server and bartender make me feel. She was extremely unprofessional, very rude, messed up my drink then when I said I think this may have been made wrong? (Ordered fireball and Sprite, what I received was definitely not Sprite, tasted like fireball and water..) she told me alcohol is alcohol it's close enough. I don't mind paying for what I want but I really don't want to pay for watered down fireball. My food was wrong as well. She was stumbling around the bar constantly looked lost and confused . I believe her name is Emily ( mind you it was one of the slowest Saturday's I have ever been to there) my usual server kept coming by and fixing Emily's mistakes and chatting with me even though I was not her table and she had a lot going on. I will return but will definitely not let Emily take an order from me ever again! Otherwise this is an amazing bar and makes you feel at home.

I'm giving this place four stars mostly for nostalgic purposes and the wonderful service. I've been going there for a majority of my life because it was a family favorite. The staff recognizes us when we come in and fairly often knows our order before we need to say it. The staff are very nice, and do well at their jobs 99% of the time (given a few times they're just too busy or get sidetracked- they are still wonderful). The food is decent, I haven't been disappointed ordering any of their food but I wouldn't call it the best. It's a sports bar with a friendly atmosphere.
