Terrible Customer Service!! Googled time that the store opened and it clearly states 10:00. Have a screen shot of it. Show up at 10:00am in 100 degree weather. Another gentleman is waiting too. Call several other store numbers to try and track down if there was an issue with why this store was not open. Finally at 10:20am a woman sales associate shows up and signs and mouths to me they don't open until 11:00. I tug on the door to get her to come to the door for clarification and she comes to the door, unlocks it and says sorry they don't open until 11:00. I explain I Googled it and it states 10:00. She counters that she checked their website and it states 11:00am and auit the door. Unbelievable treatment. She was unwilling to make a sale for a pair of glasses I already knew I wanted and would have taken 10 min. of her time. She was there and knew I was standing in the heat waiting for 20 min. and still unwilling to accommodate and even worse, was rude and defensive. I will take my business elsewhere.
