Great experience. I had a 5:30am pickup from jack in the box to the airport. They called fifteen minutes ahead of time to confirm and was even a few minutes early. It was an easy ride, and I was so impressed with Tempe Taxi Cab Company's professionalism throughout. Would absolutely recommend.

Don’t waste your time calling these people. I’ve never had to call a taxi before but a friend of mine asked me to get her one ASAP. Since she was in Tempe, I’d thought I’d give these guys a try first. The guy who answered the call was completely rude. He treated me like I was stupid for asking if it was possible to send a cab over as soon as they could. He literally told me to “call yellow cab” and hung up. If I were you, I’d take his advice. Call yellow cab and don’t waste your time and money on awful service. The lady at yellow cab was wonderful btw.

Called for cab. Told 10 to 20 min. Called back after 30. They had no cabs. Didn't bother to call me to let me know. Said they sent my pickup to another company. Called that company. They had no idea what I was talking about. This is why Uber is crushing cab companies

I started using Temp Taxi as a car service since December 2015 when I went for a conference in Phoenix. The rates were by far the most reasonable in the region, and the drivers were always punctual and courteous.
Last year December when I experienced a change in my schedule, my driver did his best to accommodate it.
The vehicles are always spotless, sound and very comfortable. I feel like I’m in safe hands with Temp Taxi and always get the value for my money. I’ll always recommend their transportation services anytime.
