This company is completely incompetent. They have no idea what they are doing in dispatch. The bright side of things are the Customer Service manager is very amicable and she shows the ability to handle situation and achieve and meet the customers needs. So thank you for that sorry I dont have you name. It would be nice if your crew was more on your level.

Drivers are always late for me!! late 2 times for Dr. Appt and I was charged $50 fee as Dr.'s office rescheduling charge! Sending bill to VMT, It is their fault... I told them in advance this was going to happen, and it would be up to them to pay that fee, or off to small claims court we go!!
CALL ANOTHER COMPANY FAST.... IF YOU LIKE BEING ON TIME!!!

Horrible service. NEVER ON TIME, idk what the guy below me has been doing but i think in the 8 months ive been using VMT ive been picked up on time 3 times.The office lets the phobe ring for litrerally a half hour at a time before answering. Multiple people i have spoken with cant seem to get an answer when calling VMT. Riding an hour for a 4 mile trip with 4 strangers is absurd! Whats the point in setting a specific pick up time if it is ignored and i am picked up hours early because its convenient for the driver?? Its not convenient for ME to have to wait on the side of the road for 2 hours until my doctor opens! Not to mention they blame their lack of communication with clinics on the customer! This is few of MANY issues I have with VMT, and i am not alone! Too bad more people dont take the time to wrote reviews because i tell you, i have hears SO MANY horror stories! (you know, cause VMT makes me ride with a bunch of creepy strangers...)

i have been riding with VMT fr over three years now and love it! they're always on time. the only bad part about it is some drivers are rude and dirty and i don't like how we have to ride with other patients. the company should hire more drivers. i would like to reconize a few drivers whom i really like and believe they should get eployee of the month or some type of reward. edison, virginia and britany. other than that excellent service
