I love it here. We brought my Guinea Pig here and they are the nicest people you’ll meet. Excellent service from the exotic vet specialist and I was very pleased. Although with all the medication and critical care, my Nala didn’t make it. But they sent their condolences and it was really heart warming. Thank you guys for being the best.

Amazing service and compassion! They took the time to ask plenty of questions about my ferret and figure out why he was unwell. They go over cost with you before they charge you for any tests or additional costs - they tell you step by step what they are doing and why. I feel like they treated my pet like he was their own. On top of all of that it was much more affordable than I expected and when I asked about prices they were straightforward and honest so I knew what to expect.This is by far the best vet I have been to.

We had a sick bird and happened to find out about Arizona Exotics Hospital several days earlier. We took him in and his care was awesome. Bird care has really improved. He was treated like a person and we were involved in every decision. Testing, blood work, hospitalization costs were only done with our consent. Right up front we had the choice of putting him down or making an attempt to find the problem. We've had this bird for 32 years and felt he had some time left so we chose to find the problem. We only did it a step at a time. Had we felt it wasn't working we would have put him down. He continued to get better. We took him home after 4 days. It turned out to be his heart. He is on medication and is doing awesome. We consider every day we have him a plus. As far as the costs involved, we don't regret any of our decisions. We failed to mention that Doctor Starks and Doctor Lamb are extremely knowledgeable and their support team is wonderful.

This hospital is the best I have ever been to. If you are like me and treat your pets as an extra child in the family, these are the people to go and see. I had an amazing, spunky, beautiful male rat, Bash, who felt like a king when I took him here for his visits. Very caring, professional, supportive staff. From the beginning to the very unfortunate end for my little Bash, the staff, and more specifically, Dr Lamb, went out of their way to ensure he had the best care and a smooth transition to the other side.... Shout out to Dr Lamb for being the most patient, thoughtful, knowledgeable, personable doctor I've ever seen. I want her to be MY doctor ! She handled bash with the utmost care and truly made us feel special and cared for. These are the people to see!

This hospital is amazing. They are very welcoming, and made sure my duck was top priority. The staff and veterinarians were extremely knowledgeable about my pampered duck. They gave me some extra advice to follow to ensure that my duck was getting all the nutrients that he needs. They responded right away when my duck hurt his eye. I was able to email pics to them so they could evaluate whether my duck needed to go to the hospital right away, or if it could wait until the next day. It's definitely about the care of the animal and not the money. Thank you!
