Patience (front office) and Dr. Olson were there for us when our cat got so sick from cancer and needed to be put to sleep. They worked us in for an emergency and were kind, empathic, sensitive, and so helpful during this horrible time and this wasn't our regular Banfield location. Thank you to Patience and Dr Olson for being there for us!

Banfield regardless of location always takes great care of my pups. This location in particular has some of the most helpful and caring Veterinary technicians I have ever met. I know Banfield as a whole has gotten some bad reviews several years ago, but I highly recommend those who are unsure to give them a chance. This really is a great way to stay on top of your pets care.

My girlfriend scheduled a routine checkup for our Chihuahua recently, one thing that made us uncomfortable is that we have to leave her there 830 am and she sits in a kennel all day until the vet can see her and the owners can't be in the room because they are overbooked. Sounds shady already. We were concerned about her legs, as she has joint issues, and asked if they would check if she looks better or worse. She occasionally skips when she runs. Received a phone call at 2 pm stating that she was limping and her knee was dislocated, and needed $50 worth of meds that we already give her every day. We picked her up and she was limping, mind you her knee was not dislocated nor was she limping when we dropped her off. She is normally happy to see us but she was shaking when the nurse brought her out. We also noticed she had crust all over her eyes and like a white power above her nose. We were absolutely upset. This is the worst experience we have ever had. Our Chihuahua is normally very hyper and playful and was not any of those when we picked her up. Be advised keep your pets away from this place. Deserves no star.

My experience here has been great. Dr. Olson sees my dog and has been taking great care of her. They are very affordable and their customer service is very good. The exam rooms and clean and quiet. They are great at comforting my dog. Overall great experience!
