Dr. Moffat was amazing in doing an evaluation of my reactive dog. I was so impressed that she took the time to read my dog's record, to ask me for more detailed information, and to really take some some time to interact with her and get to know her. She actually got down on the floor with her! Her follow up report was detailed and full of great advice and options. She offered her email and said to contact her anytime with questions, and I did--and got a response in less than a day. I'm very impressed with her knowledge and "bedside manner." Highly recommended if you have a pet with behavioral issues.

Dr. Moffat is by far the best veterinarian I have ever had take care of my furbabies. I have 2 dogs and 5 cats. Not only is she a great vet she is also a licensed behaviorist which is how we got lucky enough to find her. Our dog lived in a shelter for almost a year and developed pretty severe behavior problems before we fostered him and then eventually adopted him. Dr. Moffat has been a great help to us with him and I have never felt "judged" by her or any of the staff at VCA, I can't say that about my previous vet.
All of the staff at VCA are always personable and when I have had emergencies they have always accomodated getting me in quickly.
Having a dog with behavior issues can make for very interesting vet visits but Dr. Moffat and the entire staff are always understanding and helpful even though I know those visits are a struggle for all involved.
Dr. Moffat makes me feel at home and always takes the time for personal follow ups. She is great at educating and always seems to go the extra mile. You can tell she really cares about her clients.
The pricing is reasonable compared to some other places I have used in the past, I never feel pressured to buy anything or to perform any procedures, and I have even paid less than quoted for surgeries which was a very pleasant surprise.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Moffat and the entire VCA staff. I actually drive over 30 miles and past dozens of other veterinarians to have my furkids seen by Dr. Moffat.
