Kristi and Dr Cole were amazing!! They treated my boy like a king! They were patient with him as he was scared and nervous. Reasonably priced!

After having a very bad experience at a different vet the day before, we made an appointment at Val Vista Animal Hospital to have our new kitten checked out. The staff here is nothing short of AMAZING. We were greeted warmly and taken to a room immediately. They were just as great with our young son who was with us as they were with our kitten. We very recently moved to the area and needed a new vet for our pets so we are very happy to have found this one. We will not go anywhere else. They took great care of our kitten and went above and beyond to welcome us. THIS is what great customer service looks like! ❤️

They were good, now just trying to pay for the new facility.

I've been going to the office for 4 years with two laberdoodles. The first three years were amazing. There was a caring and listening staff and doctors. They really helped answer questions and care for our pets.

Now, you are met in a room by a staff who gives you a clipboard with recommendations BEFORE they have seen your pet, talked to you or examined your pet. They ask common questions that have been documented in the past, indicating they are unprepared to make recommendations. This has happened twice in the past year. The first time the recommendation was over $400 when all I needed was a $110 treatment for antibiotics (still an asinine price) and the other was today with a $300+ suggestion when all I needed, cost $150 which I gladly paid today.

The front office staff is helpful and professional, but the rest has turned into a marketing program. Very disappointing but best of luck, I'm sure many will enjoy this approach.

I love the Val Vista animal hospital! I have been taking all of my dogs there since 2004 when we got our first dogs. They have a literally saved my dog Presley's life and take such good care of her when she's healthy too. The staff is always so excited to see her when she comes in and she actually enjoys her visits! Their new office is so nice looking and clean and fresh and pretty. Well done!

My chihuahua had parvo and they took care of him right away no hesitation. I was even late on my appointment & they still took me in when they closed @4pm on a Saturday. He's so much better & he fought it through it was so hard for me because my oldest daughter is with her dad for the month and it's her dog 🐶 so heartbreaking that I was going to loose him.
I got a call from them a few days after just to check in on him! Great staff you all are the best if I could rate more than 5 stars I would !!!
