Coffee was bland. Food was bland. I had to sit for a long time waiting for my food. In that time I watched the staff interact with other customers. I was shocked how rude the they were to customers. Very unprofessional. I will never come back.

Stayed at the Loews hotel which is adjacent to Aroma so this cafe is in a great location, good service and food. Ate there mostly for breakfast, very kid-friendly with lots of options. Power breakfast is a good option, cold brew is good and they have avo toast, too! The shakshuka pictured below, was delicious.

Two days ago, the experience was great! Today, the guy taking my order was clearly not in a good mood.
Food is good, prices are decent.

This is not like the aroma in Israel... we stopped in thinking the same experience as aroma LA or israel but far from that. The employees are constantly flirting with customers and it's very distressing, one employee are her pasta she brought from home while taking my order, and smacking her mouth while talking to us. The bathroom are no where near what a bathroom should look like, hasn't been cleaned in probably four months, smell like a zoo and no soaps at all. Staff is rude, as I was picking up my food the rude guy tells me to take my stuff and go quick. Food was ok but nothing like other aromas or even 4 years ago when I was in this location last.
All and all I have terrible experience, hope that management due something about it and get their act together because his is not how you should run your shop.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! We walked in and the guy on the register Erik M was cursing, aggressive, smacking his hands on the table while on the phone with AT&T talking about his phone bill. We felt extremely uncomfortable when he asked for our order while still on the phone. he was extremely rude and by far the worst customer service experience ever. Other customers behind us walked out. Took 15 minutes to get our Sandwich the smoothie was very overpriced for the size. Would never come back. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever.
