Cafe Avanti is a “go to” place for me. Great food and excellent staff. They seem to give that extra touch to each dish. Great for entertaining guests from out of town.

Horrible food... I see it has four stars at the time of our rating but I have absolutely no idea why. Below you can see what we received. This is the veal picatta. Nothing special about the order just veal picatta. We also ordered Veal Marsala and a tiramisu. Everything was horrible. Rubbery nasty meat and the tiramisu was an old soggy mess. Truly a lackluster experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone eat here. Over priced and garbage food.

Cafe Avanti is a Miami Beach dining institution, it's where locals and professionals go to dine on an excellent meal with a great atmosphere and a family friendly staff.

I cannot believe that my office is so close to this place and tonight was the first time I tried this wonderful establishment. The food was amazing. You must try the brochette with truffle. Mushroom pasta was pretty amazing too. Definitely come back to this place.

I went to Cafe Avanti when I stayed at Fontainebleau, since it was nice and close and seemed to have a great menu (from what I saw online). I'm so glad I chose this place because the food is delicious! Being from New York, I'm definitely an Italian food snob and the food here is authentic, old school Italian. Everything from the bread to the main course was delicious. You can tell it's a very popular place for Miami Beach locals, which I liked (didn't have the touristy feel). Great Italian and they don't overcharge, I absolutely recommend it!
