House nightclub fraudulently charged my credit card in excess of $3,000 !! They promised refund on many occasions but never refunded the money. Tonight over a month since the charge date I am disputing charge thru my bank and unfortunately must deal with the banks process. I see this has happened to quite a few people from the reviews below.
House has lost my business for good !

Bought a ticket for meet and greet DMX. Anyone that had meet and greet never got to meet him. Was told to give them info and they will send autographed shirts and albums. Never got a call or email for that. When I try to call no one answers, extremely unprofessional.

This place definitely has a great "wow" factor! We recently did a green screen photo booth for Chosen Payments where they rented out a room for a private party and I did NOT expect the club to look THIS good. I walked in and was instantly in awe of the futuristic look!
Also, the staff very friendly and accommodating, which is very rare in the nightclub scene. I hope to work here again soon and even plan to visit one day for a fun night out!

talk about a breath of fresh air!! this place is exactly what Miami needed. I love the room with the bubbles on the wall when you walk in! I felt like I was in the movie frozen, the blue hues and the nice little chill when you enter the doors is amazing! great staff as well, friendly and always smiling! I met the owners and let me just say, the most humble and down to earth people you'll ever meet! they make you feel at home! I'm so happy I got my key. I think I found my spot 🏠
