The absolutely worst rental car agency. The worst! If they had 0 stars I would give it to them. I reserved a rental car online and called the actual location to make sure the rental would be there, they said it would.. Get there to pick up the rental, no rental and they told me they didn’t know when one would be in. The agent was very unprofessional and rude. Please report this location to Budget corporate office. It’s a shame this location is giving Budget a bad reputation.

Do not rent car here please. The guys at the counter try to sell a insurance that is not required at Floridad state. They said that if I do not buy the insurance, they can not give you the car, This insurance is not required at the Florida state. They forced me with lies to buy the insurance. Moreover, the Shuttle service from Miami port never arrived on time. we were waiting for at least one hour and half. Please choose another rent car companies.
Forced to buy supplemental liability insurance

Last updated: I called to budget customer support and they will refunded me the cost of the supplemental liability insurance. Thanks

Incredibly fustrating and dissaponting. Made a confirmed reservation paid a cab to pick up the rental to be told that they have nothing available. Why they reserve and make you pay if they didn't have a car available. Total waist of time. Horrible service. I would not recommend using them. They even told me to go to they're airport location without checking then they said "our mistake we have no cars available there either" they told me that they will reimburse the funds back to my account in 24 hours, no apologies. Not very nice Budget. I'll take my business elsewhere. Plenty of other companies out there. You should learn from them.

Worst car rental company ever, made a reservation for a car and when i went in was told that my license wouldn't validate in their system. They wouldn't tell me why and when i tried to tell them it was definitely my license i was chuckled at and was told no its not as the guy shook his head. (I wish i knew his name cause i would freak out at him now) I was then forced to go to another car rental and paid almost $100 more and my license worked fine. I called their customer care and explained my situation and was told that no report was made that i couldn't rent my car because of my license. So there was nothing they could do to help me. Because some RETARD can't do his job right i get penalized for it and have to pay way more. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!! THE BUSINESS SUCKS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES TOO!

I just wanted to chime in that contrary to many negative reviews, I had no issues and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. I jumped off a cruise and arrived to a slight line, but nothing overwhelming. The gentleman who helped me was the manager and he was very pleasant. I reserved a mustang convertible and he politely informed me that there was a nationwide recall and he was not able to provide me the car (the hose to the oil pan dislodges and drains all oil resulting in a blown engine). A proactive call would have been nice, but that is why it wasn't five stars. However, he without any prompting offered me a very well equipped Volvo SUV at the same cost. This car retails for double what the mustang does, and with the moonroof, leather seats, and complimentary navigation, it provided a very comfortable drive. There was no hidden costs and no surprises.

I refuse to discount any of the challenges other people have had, but it would appear that they are working on the problem. They certainly offered the best price by over $100 as well.
