Let me begin by stating that this place is supposed to close at 8pm on Sundays. I happened to arrive at the place at 7pm to catch them locking up the place. If someone is arriving from a late or delayed flight, how are they supposed to retrieve their vehicle? They would have to wait until the next morning. That is a huge flaw. Anyways, when I told them that I had a reservation for 7pm, they looked at each other deciding which one is going to have to stay and take my car. One guy finally decided to take me and drop me off at the airport. Upon arriving back in Miami, I called for a pick-up. I asked the person who answered the phone what vehicle I was going to be picked up in so that I can be on the lookout and he said that he did not know. He then told me that the driver was coming from Port of Miami and that he would take about 30 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes of waiting and no one showing up, I finally decided to call an Uber. I had to pay an Uber out of my pocket just to arrive to the facility that was only about a mile away. When I arrived to the facility, there was a man washing a car and he said to me "I was waiting for you to call me." Completely appalled, I told him that I called twice! After that, I went inside to pay my remaining balance and I was told that they did not accept card. I then gave him a $20 bill and he gave me my change with a missing dollar stating that he will have me under an IOU! I was already upset that I had to pay for an Uber so I told him to give me my $20 back and I paid him in change that I found in my car. Extremely disgusted with the service that I received! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Completely unprofessional.

NOT a good service. I was not pick up at the airport and I have to pay the cab on my own expenses. I was told that I will get a refund but never happen. After calling Marco the owner, several times and give him the opportunity to remedy the situation, I decided to put a BAD review here.

EAST COAST CAR RENTAL - PARK AND FLY DAMAGED MY CAR'S FRONT BUMPER. FIRST THE GUY SAID IT WAS THERE WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF BUT THEN AFTER I SHOWED HIM PICTURES I TOOK OF THE CAR THE DAY I DROPPED IT OFF HE SAID, OUR POLICY IS THAT ANY DAMAGE TO THE CAR IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY. NOW I UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOU ARE IN A PARKING SPOT WHERE YOU MAY GET THE ODD DOOR DING BUT THESE GUYS SQUEEZE IN SO MANY CARS AND KEEP MOVING THEM THAT THEY ARE ACTUALLY TOUCHING BUMPERS. TAKE A LOOK BEFORE YOU PARK HERE. PAY EXTRA AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. BASICALLY WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SAYING THAT WE WILL DO WHATEVER TO YOUR CAR AND TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY. JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THEIR LOT AND SEE HOW CARS ARE TOUCHING BUMPERS AND THE PLACE LOOKS TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! WILL NEVER PARK HERE AGAIN AND IF YOU READ THIS AND STILL PARK YOUR CAR THERE TAKE PICTURES AND BE PREPARED FOR SOME DAMAGE.
THE GUY ALSO TOOK OVER 20 MINUTES TO PICK ME UP FROM THE AIRPORT WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE THERE IN 5 MINUTES!!!! CAN'T STAND THE DISHONESTY!!!

AVOID EAST COAST CAR RENTAL - PARK AND FLY AT ALL COSTS
We found East Coast Park and Fly on the Global Airport Parking Internet site as a place to park our car at the Miami International airport. It was billed as a place we could park our car by ourselves, in an indoor covered lot. We had to pay a deposit to reserve our space, with the remainder to be paid in advance upon our arrival at the parking location. However, when we got there, even though there seemed to be a reservation for us, there was no space available. I was forced to park my car in a small, overcrowded open lot in front of the door of the establishment. I was forced to leave my key as I was led to believe this would not be the permanent place my car would stay during my absence. Also, fortunately I speak Spanish as the only person present to attend to us did not speak a word of English. I have no idea how we could have possibly communicated if I did not speak Spanish. As we needed to get to our flight, I went ahead and paid the remainder of the fee and left my car and keys with this gentleman.
Upon our return to the Miami airport we called East Coast Park and Fly to retrieve us and bring us back to our car. When we finally got back to the same outside lot where I had parked my car, it was sitting in the middle of the lot with damage done to the right front fender, bumper and light. It clearly had just happened as there were still paint shavings on my car from where the paint had been scraped off. Again, there was only one person working there with whom we could speak who actually accused me of having come in with the damage already done and deviously trying to get them to pay for it. It was obvious that this was the person who had done the damage and instead of doing the right thing and offering to make the situation right he was defensively throwing it back on me. He kept repeating that they have very clearly stated up front that they are not liable for any damage done to vehicles.
So, BEWARE. They are not liable or responsible for any damage done to your car. They can totally wreck your car and you will have no recourse short of suing them and trying to prove that the damage was done by them and not before you arrived on their lot. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR AND YOUR SANITY.
