Excellent Service, clean car, competitive price first time round. Vehicle was collected and delivered to/from my hotel with no hassle whatsoever.

The initial service and the car itself was fine for rental. In fact they upgraded my car since the original car had issues. However the problem has been getting my deposit back. The repeatedly reassured me that the deposit would be looked into and then returned to me. However this never happened and then they started ignoring my emails. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. My advice is don’t deal with this dishonest company unless you want to be repeatedly lied to and potentially not having couple thousand dollars deposit returned to you.
Ended up receiving my refund.
The initial service and the car itself was fine for rental. In fact they upgraded my car since the original car had issues. However the problem has been getting my deposit back. I'm renting all the times with Paramount Luxury Rentals. I do business with Serge since 2015, rented like 20 cars from him. Always great service, cars and best rates in town! Would recommend to deal with them. Thanks guys. Will be doing biz very shortly again!

My boyfriend and I rented a vehicle from Paramount Luxury Rentals back in April 2017. Initial customer service was fine, minus the fact they were an hour late dropping off and picking up. After the contract had concluded was another issue. They gave us our deposit back after continuously reaching out, saying everything was good and we were all set. Only to get charged thousands of dollars weeks later for "damages" and no explanation. Tried disputing charge with credit card company but because Paramount provided forged documents we have lost so seeking legal action against them now. BEWARE, do not trust them. Never have I dealt with a more unprofessional and dishonest company in my life. Do not recommend.
