Was looking for a car rental in the area. Thanks to these reviews, and the owners responses (total dbag) looked past this place and saved the headache. Don't rent here.

Shady operation, no customer service to speak of. After leaving message, upon return call I was quoted roughly $600 after tax and fees then instructed to make the reservation electronically on the website. When I received the response email the quote was $700 after tax. When trying to follow up upon this discrepancy, I called and left messages three days in a row; in one of the calls someone picked up the phone and said "hey" and then promptly hung up on me as soon as I began to speak. No response was made for 5 days until I called back today. Now 8 days later and speaking with the owner I'm told the car can only be rented for 2 days or more, why this wasn't mentioned on the first discussion regarding my rental?
Reservation canceled, incredible unprofessional customer service.

Ha right, sure. I guess you didn't get the voicemails I repeated left either. When a customer tells you that your company operates unprofessionally, you might want to listen to their experience because your ego isn't the measure of customer service.

This guy is a major crook. He took my deposit, then when I canceled with a week's notice, he promised to refund it—and six weeks later I'm still chasing him. He doesn't return messages, either. DON'T USE THEM!
