Friendly staff, waiting times are not too bad, but god forbid if you ever have an accident try not to come here - I would recommend an urgent care center instead.

They charged me $21,000 for a rib exam. Luckily I have good insurance which paid the entire amount.

However, months after my accident I am still receiving bills from third-party vendors. Half the people sending me bills never even said hello to me.

Brought my wife in for Outpatient surgery. The staff was kind caring and attentive. Hand surgery by Dr Ouellette went very well.

Great nurses. Great people. Excellent service. But more than incredible that you can't find a pediatrician in the whole maternity floor. We waited for Rosado MD more than 15 hours. Very disappointing.

This is your typical hospital. The hallways linking all the buildings are like a maze and make sure you are ready to pay for parking. Some of the parking lots only take cash too. The doctors there are good though. I haven't had a bad experience yet.

Terrible hospital! Went in for a simple 45 minute procedure.. left 12 hours later.. the people that registered us didn't care how long we had waited or what the patient was going through.. inefficiency like nowhere I've been and disregard for keeping an appointment.. basically got lied to straight to our face while they kept us waiting and waiting and waiting.. when they were finally done and THEY wanted to go home they were pushing us out the door.... stay away!
