Don't bring your sick child here. Beware of unsafe practices!!!!! We were visiting the area and my son had to be seen for a bad cough. If I could do it over, I would have taken the taxi ride to the ER at Mt Sinai and paid our deductible instead. We encountered three issues I'll enumerate here. First, we were told we'd see a doctor, but he was not an MD or a doctor of any kind. PAs are normally well-trained but never call themselves doctor because they aren't. Second, the facilities are in disrepair, which could be overlooked if the care were even remotely acceptable. Third, the person who saw my son prescribed an antibiotic for a condition my son did not have after only listening to his chest (incomplete exam by any normal medical standards). After consulting with doctors at home, they all agreed the person who saw my son provided unsafe medical advice and treatment. Don't risk bad care for your child. Go elsewhere!

Called when I was near the clinic and lady on the phone. Lisa said "don't come because we are closing in 15 minutes and no one will see you" I don't know how I feel about this place being the "urgent care" near me
I hope doctors are aware of the attention patients get when they haven't even got there

DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. They had pretended they did an X-ray while they was several on the machine to see what goes wrong then they refer you to someone else more specialized than them lol and when I asked for the results of the x-ray, the doctor said IT IS NOT CLEAR SO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SEE OUR REFERAL TO DO AN X-RAY!!!!! It a a total scam!!!!!

I went to see them for an injured ankle. I have insurance which they claimed to accept. However, they also insisted that I pay upfront in Cash the $75 copay... I Had to literally hobble two blocks to get the money... Who doesn't take credit cards? Seriously. My fraud alert should have gone off at that. Two months later I get a bill for the entirety of the visit because they aren't participating providers.

Everyone from the front desk staff to the doctor that I saw were kind, courteous, and helpful. This was my second time visiting the clinic and I am happy to have such a great place to go. They are not only convenient, but they are also extremely knowledgeable and kind. I am consistently impressed with the quality, professionalism, and friendliness of all staff members at this clinic especially with Ashley.She is Amazing.!
