DONT STAY HERE!! They're under new management and everything promised with the resort fee is not given. There is NO roof top happy hour..you have to ask multiple times for towels...you have to pay $25 cash deposit for beach towels(unless you own one of the condos/hotel rooms)..I stayed there before a couple of years ago and it was great! The only good thing about it was the View. We even tried to call "the new management" but to no avail. I hope management listens to their customers and make major improvements.

Hotel is right across the street from the beach front desk staff was very nice & helpful the bell hop Rafael was great just a all around nice guy who will help u with anything. The rooms r small but clean you must go to happy hour on rooftop the bartenders make the drinks strong. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

My family and I stayed here for my birthday weekend and we had a very good time. We were treated very nicely. The rooftop pool was a little dirty and the water gets hot from the sun but it's nice to cool you off a little from the heat outside. The drinks weren't that great, the rooms were very clean and nice. I loved the bathtub. The service was top notch

Great location for a weekend in South Beach. Right on Ocean Drive close to all the action and a quick walk across the street to get to the beach/ocean. Nice pool up on the roof with a bar up there and some cabanas and pool chairs with a great view of the beach and ocean. Rooms weren't outstanding but were clean and large and perfect for a fun weekend.
