Lobby was very nice and recently renovated. I did not like the key concept and the rooms are very simple. Location is the biggest recommendation of why to stay here. Walking distance to Lincoln road.

No car park. Very rude and hopeless receptionist Mrs Maria. Horrible breakfast just toast and bad coffee. And above all extremely pathetic loos in the room. Never ever waste your money booking this hotel. There are way better hotels on the same street. Loew's is a better choice.

Breakfast is not good and wifi doesn't work but the area is good, the service is very nice.

Room small and without wifi. Wifi only on loby. Continental breakfast. Great pool. Best location cllseto beach and south beach

This is a good place only if you are having money issues & need a quick place to lay your head. The only thing nice about this hotel is Jonathan at the front desk & the fact that its in a great location. After he leaves, the great customer service is a wrap. Please bring your own wash cloths because apparently they only have enough for 1 or 2 per room. The rooms are tiny & unless you are a little person the bathrooms are extremely small. Don't bother wasting your time walking outside the hotel to another building through what looks like a dangerous alley to get breakfast.....unless you like stale toast, hard croissants, a piece of fruit & pre-school sized servings of juice or lemonade with complimentary butter & jelly. That was the daily breakfast. And if you need ice please dont use the buckets. They are also used for the bathroom trash cans & there's roaches under the ice machine where the ice buckets/trash cans are stored.
