A quaint hotel that is very convenient to the Fillmore, the Convention Center, Collins Ave and the beach. The staff was helpful with parking for our rental car. The room was clean with a kitchenette. The lanai is nice.

Place was good and nice but can tell has been remodeled and might need another update but good price.

Firstly the staff, not even greeted when walking in the door. Not provided any assistance or offer for assistance with luggage. Booked a standard room with two beds given one double bed. No lights, no hot water, covered head to toe in bites. Later found out the bites were bed bug infestation. Also no towels had to go down and ask for them. When advising the staff of the issues they were complacent and non chalont advising nothing could be done. Will be requesting money back and reimbursement for fumigation costs. Could not recommend this place at any cost, it was disgusting , the pictures are so enhanced they are fake. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. If I could describe this place is one word- grotesque!

Do not believe the photos!!!! THEY ARE PHOTOSHOPED or where taken is one and only showroom!!! The hotel is very old and in reality is barely 2 stars! I was horrifies when we arrived! All the photos on the web are such a lie! I No drinking water, no first kid aid in the whole hotel...Do not even mention that you would have to bring your whole bathroom to take a proper shower- no SOAP, no shampoo , nothing! The blankets are dirty from the beginning to the degree that we slept in out clothes! PLEASE avoid this hotel, pay a few hundreds more but enjoy your stay! Only good thing free WI-FI.
