Had a lovely stay. Very polite and helpful staff at the front desk and door. Only fault is that it was a bit cold and wet when we stayed and we could not put the room temperature up...Miami is usually hot so we understood but it would have been nice to have control over our particular room temperature.

Poor customer service. Poor housekeeping. One person at the front desk at a time and they never picked up the phone whenever we called. The most helpful person was the woman who checked us in and Anton when we checked out.

Great boutique hotel with amazing ramen restaurant and a great rooftop bar. Great experience.

Spent the best time here for my best friends birthday. Very elegant and chic. I loved the outdoor lounge where they played live music till late night. Drinks were pricey but worth it.

Please do not waste your money. I'll be honest, the hotel is so close to the beach. It's the best location but the actual hotel is a dump. Please don't let the photos online fool you. Please do not touch anything in the room because they will charge you for touching it. The room is the size of a dorm. I really don't even want to leave the 1 star.
