My wife and I had to check out the RC Cola Plant while in Wynwood. The fence was damaged/open, but i'm sure this is private property. This place has a very cool looking interior which many artists have filmed music videos and celebrities photo shoots. Periodically they host events with live music.

Super fun concert venue for Miami music week! Outdoor environment does make weather a factor however. Lots of cool artwork on the walls to set the vibe.

Came here for the Chillin and Grillin BBQ event, the atmosphere is great and they had to so many different food truck options to choose from.
