Horrible attitude by lady in the front desk!! I do not remember her name, but she was very rude to me and a lady who came in after me with the same symptoms I had. This assistant/receptionist was not willing to patiently explain how to fill in the paper work to this sick woman who was visiting Miami from Mexico and was clueless about how it was done. I had to help her out because the poor woman didn’t even want to ask this lady for help.

I came in with a bad sore throat, fever and chills. Feeling pretty bad, to be honest. The least you expect is to be treated badly when feeling ill. An understanding, kind attitude goes a long way in these situations. This woman seemed annoyed, tired and simply pissed off when we asked her questions.

Other than this little bump in the road, the wait time was decent, but the nurses and doctor were great! Very nice and Helpful.

I give this urgent care a bad review. I went into this urgent care for an ear problem which was not addressed and at the end and I had to go see my doctor the next day. It was something that could have easily been addressed my doctor told me and she took care of it in five minutes. At the urgent care they had me there for over one hour and did not clean my ear properly. But most importantly The doctor that attended me was inappropriate by supposedly checking how my breathing was and then asked me to lift my shirt so he could see my belly and he looked at it and said you need to wear sunscreen. What did that have to Do wirh my ear? Then he proceed to ask if everything was ok down there. This was totally inappropriate and I should have left immediately. I was thinking that this cannot be and felt Unconfortable. I will be reporting this to my insurance to make sure this gets out there and does not happen to anyone else.

I arrived in pretty bad shape due to a severe chest congestion, body ache and headache to MD Urgent Care yesterday. I told the cute receptionist and handsome doctor how important it was for me to feel better right away because I have my birthday bash today.
Today I feel much better. I don't have body ache at all. My chest isn't tied like it felt yesterday. The cough isn't intolerable like it was . Headache is gone. All in all, I am ready to go to my birthday bash tonight! ( I have to add) doctor mixed steroids, vitamines, natural organic drops and the anti inflammatory diet in my prescription.
BRILLIANT‼️ My Obamacare covered all... thank you guys you deserve 10 starts! Your team rocks 👍

I want to MD NOW URGENT CARE for some lab test for surgery I will be having soon. I came in with a lingering head act as time was going by my head act was started to escalate to the point I couldn't open my eyes just feeling horrible pain was unbearable. The stuff there was amazing moving quick and in a profession manor ran all my tests getting me prepared for my surgery.As soon as they finished a doctor walk in I believed his name was Dr Chidia he was amazing to the point I walk out of that office with no head act and I was able to returned back to work. This urgent care office Is very professional from the minute you walk in to the minute you walk out.... THANK YOU

I had been here prior to MD Now and I see the improvement. The staff was kind and knowledgeable . The doctor who attended us was also very caring . I liked the fact that the MD Now staff called the day after to see how my child was doing. So I have a positive review for them.
