Yiki fit is amazing! I've worked out on my own on several occasions and have never gotten the results I wanted when working with Coach JZ on my own. She's very knowledgeable and can properly teach you how to do everything. If you want better results, go see Coach JZ. She's amazing and very energetic and always uplifts and motivates everyone she works with! Great company with a great trainer!

This company is awesome! All the fitness and wellness tips anyone can ask for. If you have a fitNESS goal in mind, they will guide you along the way and help you achieve it. I recommend them. Go check it out.

The first class experience that I had with Coach JZ was impeccable. She is very knowledgeable on what works for each individual person. She took the time to listen to what I needed and wrote me a plan that would be beneficial for my specific goals. She also wrote me a meal plan that would accompany these goals, as well. I would recommend anyone to Coach JZ. She is the best!
