We loved Thea's restaurant. Outstanding food and personal service. You are now missing out because Thea's is now closed. Please open up another Thea's in Miami in an area where you can be open at least 6 days a week!!!! We're missing you!

This place is a secret gem in the middle of nowhere . I’ve been there probably 5 times at lunch hours, eating religiously the same, an outstanding prosciutto & parmigiano pizza with my favorite ingredient the anchovies plus a cold and refreshing glass of water.
But just getting inside the place you will be attracted by the marvelous décor that included a giant mural of hundred of thousand mini tiles . The lighting is great coming from a beautiful set of pendant globes . Next the music, while you are eating your ears will be delighted by a beautiful selection of songs with and incredible fidelity at the right volume, nothing disturbing . Now to finalize my intro : The service witch is superb , all, the waitress, the chef, the owner are incredible professional and nice they made you feel so comfortable, so well attended that once you are leaving the place a sense of happiness invite you to come back without hesitation.
A Love History.
Last night my wife and me went to Thea’s for an event called Thea’s Club. And for sure it was one of my most enjoyable culinary experience, everything exceed our expectation:
We ordered as appetizer scallops and burrata; The scallops were ginormous and cooked with a perfect sear. The burrata was super, a creamy buffalo mozzarella drizzled with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and garnished with fresh and delicious vegetables.
As main course we ordered Roasted Snapper and Lamb Shops, both were first class dishes, the flavor, the ingredients, how they were cooked in my word was a freaking amazing experience.
The dessert was insane: A plate with four different desserts I was so full that I just ate the most lovely Key Lime pie with one expresso. My wife tried the Theas Ice Cream Sundae and the Chocolate Cake both excellent.
For drink with ordered a Damilano Barolo Lecinquevigne 2011 witch matched perfectly with our meat.
And all of these under a unique ambience, enjoying a trio of latin music very very romantic, surrounded by greats group of people . It’s hard to find a single word to classify this place, to me is LOVE.

Quite honestly one of the best culinary experiences I've had, especially when in a rush during the heigh of Basel craziness! I can't wait to revisit and hang out for a bit. Also, Thea's shoe game was on point, so extra props to the hostess with the mostest.

Just wanted to say, The staff are very professional. I came in with baby and realized it was a bit steep for what I was expecting to pay. The waiter was not rude and very nice. It's good to know that there are some understanding people left in the world..I will return and hope to get the same waiter. ☺
