Cheapest parking lot in South Beach!!! $1 per hour.. Meters on the street are $3 per hour. Closest to Lincoln Road Mall - 2 minute walk. Just remember which entrance you came into. There are 2 lots connected together with same Colors for each level. Can get you confused if you returned thru different entrance..

public garage, so it has cheap reasonable prices for the location. not too many complaints as long as you don't go during a big event.

Great and cheap place to park. So why 2 stars? Well this is the shortened list:
- Elevator are continually under repair. One day even all were at the same time.
- Payment machines: there is on payment machine that doen't work 5 days a week, the one on Pennsylvania av and Lincoln.
- Most people doesn't pay at the machines so they pay at the exit, but there is a express line for people that already took the job to pay on the machines. There is always a car that get inside that line without paid ticket. People working there take like 10 minutes to show up to try to move the car to the lanes that can pay.

Still great place to park. But the owners should invest a little more in workers and in maintenance

Best Garage to park if you're at a hotel. 24 hour parking is $20 and will switch to $40 after two days. Which is the price for 1 day at other garages. This place is huge, always parking available, safe, and cheap. Way cheaper than my hotels valet.
