In terms of their valet service, it is horrible. Waited over 30 minutes for my car and when they finally bring it down it is the wrong car. I'm not the only one who has been waiting. A screaming match with another customer and valet just broke out. Being that valet is the first experience you have when coming to the building, I would highly not recommend it.

Brickell heights is a sham of a luxury building. DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO LIVES THERE A PACKAGE. I spent $100 to send a friend a delivery of balloons and it was delivered to Brickell heights, who never informed their resident of its delivery. After failing to inform a tenant of a package for her, Brickell heights negligently threw out the balloons and personal note without any regard. After being questioned about this in hopes of reimbursement, Brickell Heights refuses to take responsibility and said they would not admit fault in throwing away a gift before notifying a tenant. A so called "luxury building" that has poor business practice and refuses to admit fault for a blatant error is not somewhere I'd recommend......
