MY FIRST AND LAST TIME IN THIS PLACE! Bad bad bad service. The rooms dirty, towels smells like they haven't been wash ever! I got a gift certificate for my boyfriend and definitely regret about it. Don't go this place never! Not worth the money

Great staff at the Spa. Great staff at the pool. Pool side drinks and Food especially the Wagu Burger was amazing. Reasonable in price. The highlight of my day was to be as planned a massage. I have done many spa's. Some are to small. Some are all hype. This one is just perfect. Patricia really listened to what I wanted, and improvised the massage she really helped me. I recommend planning your day to end at sunset. Amazing view of Miami skyline at dusk.

Not a horrible experience but if you're expecting professionalism I recommend looking else where.
