I have bought a groupon for face laser skin tightening. I went to one appt. all seems great. They told me you have to wait 3 weeks to come back for another session ( I have 5 sessions). I scheduled right there with receptionist. Hurricane Irma hits and I had to reschedule and wait another month which I thought maybe it was due to the Hurricane and they have to reschedule everyone. Now I called to reschedule my appt due to a face skin issue I had to take care for 5 days before I can do any type of laser on my face. Receptionist had no sympathy and didn't care for my situation and said earliest appt. is mid December. SERIOUSLY now I am pissed as this is terrible customer service or you should not be in business or maybe you are taking more clients that you can handle. This is totally unacceptable and would never go to this place as they truly don't care and owner needs to train their people to better handle phones. There are too many of these type of establishment for me to bother with poor service.

I had traumatizing experience there, practitioner injected botox in my forehead way too much and in incorrect sports on the side of my forehead(above the brows). My brows dropped, now I have hooded eyes, it's been almost a year and and it never came back as it was before. I highly recommend to get botox only at plastic surgeons office, not at the esthetician, nurse or practitioner. Save your beauty.

I truly love this place. The office is beautiful and the staff is very professional. Their prices are unbeatable and I never have to wait to be seen. The office is high-tech with the latest in lasers. Go there with confidence. You won't be disappointed.
