I work in Miami 3 days a week and I go and see carol she is amazing . Sometimes I drive 45 miles just to go here when I'm not working in Miami because it's worth it thanks 👍

I am not sure why this place got such low ratings because I had an amazing experience.

Claudia is a great masseuse and really did a great job getting all my aches and pains out during my deep tissue massage. I have a stiff back so I tend to start off with hard pressure until I can not take any more. Sensing my pain, Claudia kept checking in with me when she thought I was uncomfortable and would adjust her pressure accordingly.

I usually have bad experiences with facials since my skin is so sensitive but I had a great experience here with that service as well! No allergic reactions and she talked me through everything she was doing so I would feel comfortable. In fact, I was so relaxed, I even managed to fall asleep during the extraction process.

This is now my new massage venue- I will be back for future visits.

The therapists are good, but management is terrible, this is the second time they overbooked or just lost our booking. Secondly they have an automated phone dialed to remind you of your payments and to book your next appointment, but god forbid the computer would remind the member of your appointment is coming up in an hour or two. I honk they do this intentionally so you forget and they doc you half you me session. If there was a zero star I would give that.

My experience at the Coral gables location has been much better.

Great location, super clean, and amazing customer service. Carol did a great job in my facial. Will definitely come back.
